Frustrating return experience. I was pleased with my initial order and decided to get 3 more items. Two of them showed up, but one was still on its way. The hoodie that arrived had arms that were way too long, but I held off on sending it back until the last item came, just in case I needed to return both. After waiting for 2 weeks with no sign of the trousers, I reached out via email but got no reply. A few days later, I tried the web chat and was informed that I could get a refund for the trousers since they were still delayed, and I could return the hoodie, which I did at my own cost. Then, I received an email asking how I wanted the hoodie sent back to me because it was returned after their 14-day window!!!

I bought a green pocket slouch midi dress for £16 in size 18 and was really pleased with it. I wore it once, got a bunch of compliments, and told folks about Topsycurvy. Then I washed the dress. I also picked up a similar one in wine. But man, was I let down when it showed up yesterday! Instead of being midi, it ended up sitting about 2cm below my knee, and I’m 5ft7”. To make matters worse, the green dress, which I washed with care, shrank by about 2 inches, though it’s still longer than the new wine one. After checking out Topsycurve’s returns policy, I realized it’s not worth the hassle to send either dress back, whether it’s the new one or the one I’ve only worn once. I’ve chalked this up as a lesson learned and won’t be shopping at Topsycurve again. I’ll definitely be taking back any recommendations I made to others.
